Dang, Missed it by 1 day. Great texture work tho. I can see you ran into a deadline wall but this would turn out even more awesome if you give it some more time outside the competition. Also good choice of color making the skull yellow. You might try shifting the cyan glowing stuff to a purple for better contrast (complementary colors.) But that's just a style thing.

Great use of lighting spectrum. I always fall short on this one since its so easy to make all like white or yellow and shadows just blue. The world is alive with so many colors, even blacks are rarely black.

Also to the previous comment, We did create dogs when we domesticated wolves.

very good use of values, you definitely pulled off that 3D feel very well. I also love that this robot has realistic features that would be required to make it move.
